Planning is always the most difficult part of the process. I&#039;m the type of person who likes to just take action. But it&#039;s absolutley crucial to plan. Would you hit a pool ball without lining it up? If you did, you probably wouldn&#039;t be too successful.

Follow through is also crucial when it comes to learning. It takes a post action evaluation to understand what was successful and not so successful about the action as well as the planning.

Planning tips? my only advice would be to actually do it. And to the best of your abilities. Same with following through.</description>
