When summer was ending and school was approaching again, I would always get the jitters thinking about how bad my handwriting would be all over again, as well as those hand cramps from being out of practise. And yea, now we all have carpal tunnel to look forward to!

Jaclyn, funny you mention that because I had a similar experience this past week. I was making some notes for myself and I realized my handwriting was getting pretty sloppy. Being a perfectionist I can't stand for that, and I really think the problem is that I'm getting out of practice. My typing on the other hand. . . that's getting better all the time.

This was refreshing to read! Just the other day, I wrote some notes and was thinking how I don't even recognize my own hand-writing anymore!

Exactly my sentiments regarding the use of paper - there are times and places for its use when used in a judicious manner. I'm thinking of hand written thank you notes, greeting card notes, and thoughts you just have to get down on paper right away (scribble) before they get away.:)
